Balloon in a Wasteland 是一款射击游戏，同样你可以通过打怪物赚来的钱来升级你的武器，不断的变强自己，同时你也需要不断的补给自己的失去的血，不断的修理抓紧时间修理自己的气球，准备逃生。游戏的背景比较写实，人物以及敌人都采用纯黑色装扮，在这种背景下能显眼一些，美术设计上在视觉考虑上还算得当。
看点：武器的升级，以及需要不断的补给自己血量，并且还要想方设法的修理好自己的气球，虽说是射击游戏，但是重点不是放在发泄上，而是策略，需要动动脑子
玩法：WASD控制方向，鼠标控制射击以及射击的角度
